Relief Prints / Metal Plates: These are relief prints of component parts inked separately and printed on Wildwood's handmade paper. Variations in transparency happen with multiple overprinting or when thicker or thinner paper is employed. Some pieces are printed on both sides. The plates are generated from handmade drawings and laser-cut. All prints are unique yet part of a series. Thematically, the artist works with the flower form of medieval rose windows. The artist is interested in the use of a modular unit transformed through repetition and layering of hard edge forms.
